Funny Walk 2.0


More digitized sprites, more queerness, better controls, quests that went nowhere before now go... somewhere! 
I originally wanted to make a game about finding roadside treasures and the original release only featuring literal garbage always bugged me... 


List of changes

-... so in addition to randomly placed garbage there are now bulky waste spots on the overworld which give you unique items that you can also show around to NPCs. Showing items for reactions was there before, but has been expanded with more dialogue lines.
- Chuted garbage now gets tallied up and the player gets a receipt (when you change location)
- The whole logic of "why collecting trash" is hopefully clearer now through gameplay and dialogue
- New tool tips for important items on the world map
- Better introduction of the game's circling mechanic around early on through a new character, more hints in general
- Circling can be automated by holding the left mouse button on locations and objects (works on most objects)
- At the same time the "driving around things" mechanic has been applied to all relevant objects (the ATM, the garbage chutes can be used that way, in addition to drag and drop)
- The speed modifier checkbox sadly had to go, produced some weird behaviour
- 8 directional controls are now available on the arrow keys for those that don't like tank controls. They're not perfect, but might make life easier for some.
- New closeup view from the foot bridge after the TV station (for mood reasons)
- Earlier cat appearance in the photobooth to hint at the usable booth buttons
- The Loris house encounter now has an ending
- Longer Snow Demon encounter, changed some old lines there
- New encounter with Pearcy the Pear
- All glamour chat texts have been expanded
- Longer (second) conversation with Barb at the lost & found office
- There's a second music track on the overworld that plays after having been there for the first time
- Following the Pixie through the forest gives the player an actual useable skill (!)
- Said skill leads to a 2nd and 3rd page of all "green blob" NPC texts in the on foot sections
- Shack encounter (outside) now features a / the raccoon and a drunk male dancer
- Party section has a few description texts now
